Service Description
defnd.email provides encrypted communication and productivity tools:
- End-to-end encrypted email
- Encrypted calendar
- Encrypted notes
- Password vault
- API for sending transactional emails
User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and recovery phrase
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us of any unauthorized use
Prohibited Use
You may not use defnd.email to:
- Send spam or unsolicited messages
- Distribute malware or harmful content
- Engage in illegal activities
- Attempt to compromise our security
- Violate the rights of others
Security
We implement strong security measures including encryption, but no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your recovery phrase — we cannot recover your data without it.
Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your encrypted data will be permanently deleted.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, defnd.email shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by European Union law. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable EU regulations.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
